What are your delivery options and timeframes within the UK?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500. Most mattresses and bed frames are delivered within 7-10 working days via our specialist two-man white glove service.
Do you offer a sleep trial on your mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial on selected mattress ranges. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you can exchange it for a different firmness level or model.
Can you dispose of my old mattress or bed frame?
Absolutely. For a small additional fee, our delivery team can remove and recycle your old mattress or bed base at the same time they deliver your new Sleep Village products.
What kind of warranty comes with Sleep Village furniture?
All our bed frames and mattresses come with a comprehensive 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and workmanship.
Do you offer financing or 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Clearpay to provide interest-free installments, as well as offering long-term financing options for larger purchases at checkout.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
We are committed to the environment; our timber is FSC-certified, and our mattresses use recycled steel springs and natural fillings wherever possible to reduce our carbon footprint.
